The Collective Experience is offering race fans the opportunity to work with top level privateers as a real life team members.  You will have a chance to learn from a pro team and industry experts on fundamentals needed to elevate your knowledge base and gain some invaluable experience within the Motocross industry. Not to mention that the proceeds from this program go directly to the hardworking privateers and their teams. That’s right, the money you spend goes towards helping the sport’s working class racers. This is your shot to kick-start your journey in the racing field and help support privateer racers at the same time.  The TCE Moto Internship program includes:

• Hands on lessons and discussions with AJ Catanzaro, Kevin Moranz, Jordan Jarvis, Brent Rouse, Bubba Pauli, Dave Pulley, Josh Greco, and more!

• Hands on experience working with a team

This is your chance to work with real privateer Motocross racers. TCE has your ticket onto a real race team with actual crew member responsibilities and more opportunities than we can mention.

Not able to attend several events? No problem! We only require each winning candidate to attend 1 event and we need a fresh face each week. That opens up a bunch of opportunities to be selected. We want as many fans as possible to take full advantage of this unique and incredibly beneficial program.

To enter this program:

1. Complete check out

2. We will send you a link to an online form to fill out after payment is made.

3. Once completed, an email will be sent with a list of the 2025 race season events that are available. Be sure to include attachments that reflect your interest and experience in the sport such as a resume, cover letter, or video.

4. Once confirmed we will pair you with a rider and team for an epic day at the races.

*Interns may be required to obtain an up to date AMA membership.

*All interns are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and daily expenses. The amount charged for the program goes towards the privateer riders and teams to support them on race day .
